The article examines reserves for improving the efficiency of human resource utilization in enterprises within the corporate governance system under martial law conditions. It is substantiated that contemporary crisis challenges necessitate the transformation of human resource management approaches and the active identification and use of internal reserves to enhance workforce performance. The study identifies key directions for improvement, including the development of employees’ adaptability and multifunctionality, digitalization of HR management processes, enhancement of motivation mechanisms, optimization of organizational structures and corporate governance systems, as well as the preservation and development of human capital.
The research demonstrates that the integrated implementation of these reserves contributes to increasing organizational flexibility, improving the quality and speed of managerial decision-making, raising labor productivity, and strengthening the stability of human resource potential. Particular attention is given to the role of digital technologies, flexible organizational forms, project-based management approaches, and modern motivational tools in ensuring business continuity and operational resilience in conditions of uncertainty and disruption caused by war.
It is concluded that the systematic utilization of the identified reserves within corporate governance frameworks creates prerequisites for the long-term sustainable development of enterprises, strengthens their competitive advantages, and supports the formation of resilient human capital as a key strategic resource. In addition, the implementation of these measures contributes to the adaptability of enterprises in crisis conditions and lays the foundation for effective post-war economic recovery and modernization.
