PERSONNEL CREATIVITY AS THE BASIS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN INNOVATION-ORIENTED ENTERPRISE IN THE CONDITIONS OF CHANGE MANAGEMENT

The article investigates that for achieving sustainable and long-term development of an innovation-oriented enterprise, the formation and development of personnel creativity is important. It is substantiated that it is the creative potential of employees that ensures the generation of new ideas, promotes the implementation of innovations and increases the adaptability of the enterprise to changes in the external environment. It is determined that change management is an integral part of the development of a modern enterprise, and the effective use of personnel creativity allows minimizing resistance to change and increasing the effectiveness of transformation processes.
It is noted that personnel creativity includes various elements, in particular, the ability to think outside the box, openness to new ideas, readiness for experiments and continuous professional development. It is important that these elements are supported by the organizational culture and leadership potential of management, which contributes to the creation of a favorable environment for innovations. It is proven that the development of personnel creativity plays a key role in ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise, contributes to increasing the efficiency of activities, forms innovative advantages and ensures stability in conditions of dynamic changes. In addition, a high level of employee creativity facilitates the processes of adaptation to change, promotes the efficient use of resources and forms the basis for the long-term success of the enterprise.
The study also emphasizes the importance of implementing modern human resource management methods aimed at stimulating creative activity, particularly through training, motivation programs, and the development of teamwork. Special attention is paid to the role of leadership in building trust, supporting employee initiative, and creating conditions for the realization of their potential, which ensures sustainable innovative development of the enterprise.
