The article examines the aspects of economic security of logistics enterprises under the conditions of full-scale war in Ukraine. It is substantiated that logistics enterprises have become a key element in ensuring the economic resilience of the state, the functioning of the domestic market, foreign economic activity, and humanitarian support for the population. It is determined that military actions have significantly transformed the conditions of their operation, increasing uncertainty, risk exposure, and dependence on security factors, which has led to the strategic importance of economic security in current conditions. The main features of logistics enterprises’ activities during wartime are summarized, including the reorientation of transport and logistics routes, strengthening of the security component, the growing role of humanitarian logistics, accelerated digitalization, and the intensification of personnel and resource constraints. It is demonstrated that these factors collectively form a new operating environment for logistics businesses, where adaptability, operational decision-making speed, and the ability to ensure business continuity are of critical importance. Key challenges for logistics enterprises are identified, including the destruction of infrastructure, high security risks, labor shortages, instability of resource provision, and uncertainty of the external environment. It is shown that these challenges generate a complex set of financial, operational, personnel, and organizational risks that negatively affect competitiveness and resilience, potentially leading to disruptions in supply chains and partial or complete loss of functional capacity. A system of key tasks and measures to strengthen the economic security of logistics enterprises is substantiated, including ensuring process continuity, protecting assets and personnel, strengthening financial stability, developing human capital, and digitalizing management processes. Proposed measures (route diversification, capacity reservation, risk insurance, automation, and cybersecurity development) contribute to increasing business adaptability and resilience in crisis conditions. It is concluded that the economic security of logistics enterprises under wartime conditions should be viewed as a comprehensive management system aimed at ensuring business stability and continuity. Future research prospects are associated with the integration of Ukrainian logistics enterprises into the European space, the development of digital technologies, and the formation of modern risk management mechanisms in both wartime and post-war periods.
