The purpose of the article is to substantiate and develop a methodological approach to assessing the digital maturity of IT projects in innovative business models.
In the process of research, a methodological approach to assessing the digital maturity of IT projects in innovative business models was used, which involves calculating the following key indicators: the team's technical maturity index, the level of integration defects, the average deviation, the number of inter-team dependencies, as well as the integral digital maturity index. Comparative analysis methods were used to identify problematic business processes of the enterprise. At the same time, analysis and synthesis methods, as well as induction and deduction, were used at the stage of substantiation and structuring of the methodology for assessing the digital maturity of IT projects.
Methodological principles for assessing the digital maturity of IT projects in innovative business models have been formed and substantiated, which is based on a two-stage logic: at the first stage, problematic business processes of the enterprise are identified and analyzed, at the second stage, the level of digital maturity of its business model is determined. Such a structure of the approach ensures the universality of its application and expands the possibilities of use not only in the field of implementing innovative IT solutions.
The methodology was tested on the example of an innovative IT startup, NeuraFlow Tech, which operates in the field of development and implementation of artificial intelligence technologies. The first stage included a diagnosis of the company's business processes, while the second stage involved an assessment of the level of digital maturity from the perspective of the company's readiness to transition to an AI-oriented model of innovative IT project management.
A conditional index of the technical maturity of the team was formed. The next stage was to determine the level of integration defects in release cycles using the average deviation indicator. Additionally, an analysis of inter-team interaction and the effectiveness of inter-functional coordination was conducted by assessing the number of dependencies between teams within NeuraFlow Tech projects. The overall assessment of digital maturity is based on a generalized model that includes four levels of development: operational, instrumental, analytical and intellectual. The proposed approach provides a comprehensive determination of the level of digital transformation of the enterprise and allows you to outline the key areas of its further development.
The practical significance lies in the development of methodological principles for assessing the digital maturity of IT projects in innovative business models, and the results of the study can be used for further scientific developments in this area, as well as in practical activities when implementing the methodology for managing IT projects in innovative business models.
The scientific value of the study lies in the proposed methodological approach to assessing the digital maturity of IT projects in innovative business models.
