DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY MARKET INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE GLOBAL ENVIRONMENT

Abstract

Increasing the efficiency of agricultural production requires agricultural enterprises to continuously improve their material and technical base, update machinery and equipment, which should be done on an innovative basis, which implies: constant growth of its capacity and productivity, its compliance with the requirements of modern crop cultivation technologies; energy efficiency; ergonomics; environmental safety.

In the pre-war period, agricultural enterprises and households had the opportunity to constantly update their machinery, which, although not fully and in insufficient quantities, met the needs of production, while maintaining the general trend of reducing the number of machinery in both agricultural enterprises and households.

In order to overcome the negative consequences of the war for the logistics of agricultural production and to restore the full capacity of agricultural machinery, it is necessary to: implement a protectionist policy towards domestic machinery; create a favorable investment climate to attract foreign and domestic investment in the development and restoration of machinery production, as well as to simplify business; create state programs aimed at financing the restoration and development of domestic machinery.
