This study analyzes in detail the impact of business ethics on crisis management. The analysis showed that ethical principles define the standards of behavior for companies in difficult situations, including crisis situations. They help to create a positive image of the company and also help to avoid situations that could lead to crises. In particular, business ethics takes into account the company's responsibility to various stakeholders and defines a system of values that takes into account the economic, social and environmental aspects of its activities. The study also systematized the ethical principles that become the basis for developing crisis management strategies. These principles include fairness, trust, responsibility to the community, and compliance with the law. It is found that the effective implementation of these principles in the company's activities contributes not only to its economic stability but also determines its role in the sustainable development of society. The study also examines the impact of martial law in Ukraine on the economic security of companies and the effectiveness of their crisis management. The main material damage caused by Russia's armed aggression, as well as the extraordinary circumstances that led to the personnel crisis and restrictions on the transportation of goods, are identified. In the context of the identified crisis phenomena, the main components of business ethics in the system of crisis management are thoroughly considered. The analysis of these components allowed us to formulate conclusions about the importance of implementing ethical principles in crisis management strategies to ensure the stability and resources of the company in a crisis. The implementation of corporate volunteering and partnerships with stakeholders to proactively address social and economic problems caused by the war is a relevant area of ethical conduct.
