Publication Ethics and Editorial Policy

The publication ethics policy of the journal is developed in accordance with the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and is regularly updated to reflect its current guidelines.

The editorial office monitors the compliance of submitted materials with international ethical standards; however, it acknowledges that it cannot guarantee full compliance of all research submitted by authors.

The Editorial Board reserves the right to amend any provisions of the editorial policy at any time without prior notice.

The journal aims to contribute to the development of both national and global economic science by promoting the dissemination of high-quality research.

Editorial Policy and Ethical Responsibilities

The journal adheres to the principles outlined in the COPE Code of Conduct.

All submitted manuscripts undergo peer review by members of the Editorial Board and/or independent experts in accordance with the principles of objectivity and international academic standards.

The Editorial Board reserves the right to perform linguistic and stylistic editing of manuscripts while preserving the authors’ original meaning. Any changes that may affect the content are согласовано with the author.

The Editorial Board reserves the right to reject manuscripts that do not comply with the journal’s scope or requirements.

The views expressed in published articles do not necessarily reflect those of the Editorial Board. Authors bear full responsibility for the accuracy of data, citations, names, and statements presented in their work.

Editorial Responsibilities

The Editorial Board operates based on the following principles:

  • The Editorial Board consists of leading national and international scholars specializing in economics and related fields. Information about members is available on the journal website.
  • Manuscripts are evaluated solely on their academic merit, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, institutional affiliation, or political views of the authors.
  • Authors are given the opportunity to respond to reviewers’ comments.
  • All submitted manuscripts are treated as confidential documents and are disclosed only to those involved in the editorial and peer review process.
  • Unpublished materials are not used for personal purposes and are not shared without the author’s written consent.
  • The Editorial Board rejects manuscripts suspected of plagiarism, data fabrication, or duplicate submission.

The Editorial Board reserves the right to reject manuscripts without peer review if:

  • the text similarity level is below 80%;
  • the author(s) are affiliated with institutions located in a state recognized as an aggressor state or sponsor of terrorism;
  • the research is funded by such institutions;
  • the manuscript contains calls for violations of human rights, violence, or dissemination of propaganda.

Author Responsibilities

Authors are required to:

  • ensure the originality of their research;
  • properly cite all sources and borrowed materials;
  • acknowledge the contributions of all individuals involved in the research;
  • include as co-authors only those who have made a significant contribution;
  • avoid submitting the same manuscript to multiple journals simultaneously;
  • promptly inform the editorial office of any significant errors in published work;
  • disclose all sources of research and publication funding.

The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all co-authors approve the final version of the manuscript.

Reviewer Responsibilities

Reviewers must:

  • provide objective, unbiased, and constructive evaluations;
  • maintain confidentiality of the reviewed materials;
  • provide clear, reasoned feedback to improve the manuscript;
  • inform the editor about any ethical concerns or similarities with other works;
  • decline review if a conflict of interest exists or if they lack sufficient expertise;
  • not use unpublished materials for personal purposes.

Publisher Responsibilities

The publisher:

  • supports the editorial team in addressing ethical issues and handling complaints;
  • facilitates cooperation with other publishers when necessary;
  • ensures the implementation of corrections, retractions, or updates when required;
  • operates in accordance with the principle of non-commercial academic publishing.
