The article examines the ways of legal regulation of land use, which manifests itself in the destruction of land plots, in the protection of damaged soil fertility and in the deterioration of the ecological situation, in the vicinity of and economical stimulation of land conservation, in the interchange of the administrative rights of land owners in the interests of the entire community with social security functions of the earth (the meaning of objective space). The methods of regulating land transfers are determined by their nature, location, interests of the estate and the state, which prevail at a particular time.
The economical methods of sovereign regulation of land transfers in Ukraine are characterized and are implemented by law before the law: introduction of payment for land acquisition; payment of the land tax or rent, which are calculated in advance as a result of the cadastral assessment, as a result of the development of the land plot; payment for land; The development and functioning of the mechanism is assigned to the owners of the land and to the landowners for the destruction of the soil's contents or rendering them unsuitable for cultivation for certain purposes.
We have indicated that land law is subject to the following methods of regulation: imperative, which vikoristovu obligatory before viconnary order and fences; dispositive, which means the inter-behavior of participants in the regular activities, which gives them the ability to freely and independently regulate their activities according to the established procedure.
The article examines the peculiarities of the legal regulation of land transfers during the war period in territorial Ukraine. Basically, the methods of regulating land transfers are revealed in a specific synergy of imperative and dispositive methods. Next, the regulation of land transfers in Ukraine will require an effective organizational and economic mechanism, the implementation of the main reforms of land transfers and a shift in the scope of all government entities for the rational development of land.
