This article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations for developing and integrating mechanisms to manage "green" competitiveness amidst the transformation of Ukraine’s national economic policy. Given contemporary global challenges and the country’s European integration objectives, the article argues that traditional approaches to securing competitive advantages require a synergistic combination of fundamental instruments. The author proposes an architecture for how institutional, organizational-managerial, economic, and innovation-technological mechanisms interact, with an information-digital framework serving as an overarching "superstructure" to ensure transparency, monitoring, and adaptable management decisions. Ukraine's key strategic priorities for economic policy are systematized in the context of the transition toward a climate-neutral economy, circularity, and the "greening" of the agricultural sector. A hierarchical system of integration principles is proposed—ranging from the foundational alignment of goals to the achievement of an overall synergistic effect. Particular attention is paid to the need to align national regulatory norms with European standards, particularly the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM). The text emphasizes the importance of decentralizing environmental initiatives and engaging regional stakeholders in implementing climate projects. The availability of critical raw materials, combined with a post-war reconstruction approach of "building back better," provides a strong foundation for integrating Ukrainian industry into European value chains. Furthermore, the success of environmental transformations depends directly on developing human capital, upskilling the workforce, and increasing investment in clean technologies (clean-tech). These factors provide a solid basis for the national economy's long-term competitiveness in the global market. The authors conclude that comprehensive implementation of the proposed concept will not only ensure effective economic growth but also guarantee a high level of environmental security and sustainable development for the nation in the future.
