Abstract

The scientific research paper provides a review of the use of Kanban methodology for the purpose of increasing productivity and improving the operational activities of international companies, promoting international teamwork, reducing the duration of tasks, and maintaining open business procedures. It offers the author’s interpretation of the use of Kanban in international business with a special emphasis on the ability to adapt to global market trends and understand regional business options. Special emphasis is made on the Kanban capabilities targeted at improving resource management, increasing process predictability, and accelerating rational decision-making. The article provides examples of successful implementation of Kanban by multinational corporations in production, logistics, IT, and customer service. Analysis of the advantages and possible difficulties in the implementation process have been described as part of the research. Proposals related to the gradual implementation of the Kanban system in multinational enterprises, taking into account the unique aspects of the global business community, are presented in the recommendations for ensuring the effective implementation of Kanban in international companies.
