Abstract

The article examines certain problems of conflicts arising as a result of irresponsible statements and inconsistent behavior of state leaders in the field of international and political governance, reveals organizational means and mechanisms for its improvement, ensuring stability and peace in the world in the post-war period.

Examples of ill-considered and irresponsible statements in assessments of the activities of states are given, in various forms and in various spheres of social activity. They are studied in the processes and methods of governance, which are determined by the circumstances of modern international relations and in the conditions of its transformation to highly moral civilized European standards.

The peculiarities of the influence and consequences of negative behavior on the formation of the consciousness of a manager are considered, taking into account the action of objective factors in the specific conditions of both wartime and post-war development of the state.

The negative impact of ignoring highly moral, humanistic, scientific principles and traditions based on age-old principles and democratic principles is confirmed. It is proposed to solve this problem by creating organizational mechanisms for using IT technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), etc., studying the political environment by areas of social activity,  recommended solutions.
