THE ROLE OF PROJECT CONSULTING IN ENSURING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF ENTERPRISE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The article explores the role of project consulting in ensuring the effectiveness of business development of enterprises in modern conditions of unstable and turbulent business environment. It is substantiated that project consulting, unlike traditional consulting approaches, is focused not only on the formation of management recommendations, but also on the effective implementation of strategic changes within the framework of specific development projects. The theoretical and methodological principles of project consulting are revealed and its place in the business development management system of enterprises is determined. It is proven that project consulting ensures the transformation of strategic goals of the enterprise into measurable results through the use of project, risk, change and stakeholder management tools. The main tools of project consulting at different stages of the project life cycle and their impact on increasing the efficiency, flexibility and sustainability of business development are characterized. The author's conceptual model of project consulting as a mechanism for ensuring the effectiveness of business development is proposed, reflecting the process of transforming strategic challenges of the business environment into the results of enterprise development. The cyclical nature of project consulting as a continuous process of business development, combining the implementation of projects with the transfer of managerial competencies, is substantiated. A multidimensional model for assessing the effectiveness of project consulting has been developed, which integrates economic, project, managerial and strategic performance indicators. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in the possibility of using project consulting as a tool for ensuring the manageability of changes, increasing adaptability and long-term sustainability of enterprises.
