The paper presents a structural and decomposition analysis of the concept of “information-adaptive management of logistics systems in entrepreneurial activity.” Based on the systematization of scientific approaches, the content of the key categories “information,” “adaptive management,” “entrepreneurial activity,” and “logistics system” has been clarified. It is substantiated that in the conditions of increasing market uncertainty, digital transformation, and dynamic changes in the business environment, enterprises require management mechanisms capable of ensuring flexibility, continuity, and prompt response to external challenges.
The study proves that the integration of continuous information flows into the management mechanisms of logistics processes creates a synergistic effect that enhances the sustainability and competitiveness of enterprises. It is determined that information in modern logistics systems acts not only as a resource but also as a strategic driver of adaptive transformations. At the same time, entrepreneurial activity is considered as a dynamic environment that requires rapid managerial response and the ability to adjust internal business processes in accordance with external changes.
Particular attention is paid to the interaction between material and information flows within the network of suppliers, intermediaries, and consumers. It is established that the combination of adaptive management tools with modern information technologies allows logistics systems not only to respond to changes in the external environment but also to anticipate them, transforming uncertainty into a strategic advantage. Such an approach contributes to improving the efficiency of coordination processes, reducing operational risks, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring continuity of business activities.
As a result of the conducted analysis, the author’s definition of information-adaptive management of logistics systems in entrepreneurial activity is formulated. It is interpreted as a holistic mechanism for coordinating material and information flows based on continuous processing of relevant market data, which ensures timely self-adjustment and correction of internal processes in response to external risks and changes in the business environment.
The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of applying the proposed conceptual approach for improving logistics management systems and strengthening enterprise adaptability under conditions of high uncertainty. The research confirms that the ability of logistics systems to self-adapt becomes a decisive factor for ensuring sustainable development and successful implementation of enterprise strategies. Prospects for further research are associated with the development of models for adaptive logistics management and the classification of management functions for various forms of entrepreneurial activity.
