MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL RISKS OF ENTERPRISES IN THE CONTEXT OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The article examines the evolution of management concepts and identifies the features of the formation of economic security of construction enterprises at various stages of the development of management thought, as well as proposes an integrated model of ensuring economic security that takes into account modern challenges and opportunities. The peculiarities of the formation of economic security of construction enterprises in the context of the evolution of management concepts are highlighted. It is proved that in the conditions of the evolution of management concepts, economic security is transformed from an auxiliary protective function into a strategically important element of the management system. It is noted that effective provision of economic security is a key prerequisite for competitiveness, innovative attractiveness and long-term stability of construction enterprises.

The transformation of approaches to ensuring economic security from classic to modern management models is analyzed. The key stages of the development of managerial thinking and their impact on the system of economic security of construction enterprises are determined. The key components of the economic security of construction enterprises, which were formed and transformed during a certain time interval, are highlighted. These components include financial, technical-technological, personnel, information, legal, environmental and market security, as well as outlines the directions of management decisions and specifics for construction.

It is proven that the formation of economic security of construction enterprises based on the evolution of management concepts involves the transition to an integrated, strategically oriented and risk-adaptive management system that ensures stability, competitiveness and long-term development of enterprises in the construction industry. An integrated model of the formation of economic security is built, which takes into account the evolutionary changes in management concepts and the specifics of the construction industry, as well as the modern challenges of digitalization and sustainable development. The application of such a model creates prerequisites for timely identification of risks, improving the manageability of complex construction processes and strengthening the resilience of enterprises to the influence of external and internal factors.
