METHODOLOGICAL PRINCIPLES FOR ENSURING INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION

Abstract

The article substantiates key methodological approaches to ensuring the innovative development of agricultural production, taking into account the need to solve numerous complex tasks for the domestic agricultural sector in modern conditions of constant growth of market challenges and economic instability. The systemic, process, functional, project, fuzzy logic approach and complex analytical approaches are analyzed, each of which is characterized by methodological specificity, advantages and limitations. It is established that the systemic approach allows us to consider agricultural production as a holistic system in which technological, organizational, financial, environmental, personnel and other subsystems are coordinated, which increases the efficiency of the implementation of innovative developments. The process approach is aimed at optimizing innovation processes from the generation of a business idea to the implementation of technologies, where significant attention is paid to ensuring transparency and control of the latest implementations. The functional approach focuses on key areas of agricultural production, allowing us to assess the impact of innovative technologies on the efficiency of resource provision of agricultural enterprises. The project approach provides structured implementation of innovations in the form of business projects with defined goals, budgets and performance indicators. The fuzzy logic approach is effective for making innovation-oriented decisions in conditions of uncertainty, taking into account weather, market and other factors, and the complex analytical approach integrates system, functional and process analysis to predict the effectiveness and choose the means of implementing the latest developments in the agro-industrial complex. The above methodological approaches complement each other, which allows agricultural enterprises to adapt high-tech innovative solutions to specific business operations, optimize the use of resources and increase the efficiency of production of new types of agricultural products.
