For the minds of the market state's gratitude, the relevance of advancing the development of productivity in industry is a key aspect of advancing the competitiveness of an enterprise. The productivity of the work is one of the priority directions of the development of the efficiency of the national economy and one of the ways of the country’s entry into the new global rivn. Svitovy dosvid show, that those lands, as the leaders in the economy, have achieved significant results in the establishment of the high productivity of the human capital. The productivity of the work is one of the most important indicators of the robotics of the enterprise, the changes in the efficiency of work. The formation of an innovative model for the development of the economy of Ukraine is unfortunate without the establishment of minds for a well-paid, efficient practice with a one-year payment, as well as the development of creativity, the promotion of competencies and the realization of human capital.
The article is devoted to the study of the effectiveness of human capital productivity management on the example of PJSC "Kryvbaszalizrudkom". It is determined that in the conditions of financial and economic crisis caused by the global pandemic COVID-19, the process of labor productivity management should be aimed at determining reserves and achieving key parameters. Emphasis is placed on improving the productivity management program. The paper analyzes the change in the productivity of PJSC "Kryvbaszalizrudkom" in comparison with competing companies. An assessment of the security and human capital management of an industrial enterprise, its structure. The correlation-regression analysis of the factors influencing efficiency of use of human capital of PJSC "Kryvbaszalizrudkom" is carried out. An economic-mathematical model of the dependence of the level of labor productivity on the influence of such factors as: production volume, number of employees, average wages and capital adequacy is built. A set of measures aimed at increasing labor productivity and improving the efficiency of its management at industrial enterprises in crisis conditions is proposed.
